"YES! I wanna go there." It kind of scared her when Nightshade had no expression on his face. She didn't realize it, but she crossed the line. Winter yelped when the cold water made contact with her skin. She laughed and crouched down, so she could be level with Nightshade. She flung water back at him and reached for his arm. She was going to pull him into the water and take the little game of splash to the next level. |

Nightshade was forced into the freezing cold water. He went above the surface of the water and was so cold. His clothes were drenched with water. He finally could touch the floor. He shivered and tried top keep himself warm. He looked at his apprentice and signaled her with his finger to come to him.

Nope. Winter wasn't going to fall for that trick. She knew that Nightshade wanted her to lean in close to see what he wanted, and he would pull her into the water with him. But, she did it anyway. The apprentice leaned toward Nightshade and grinned. "Yes, Nightshade?" She reached out to him with her right hand, offering to help him out of the water. But, of course, she was giving him the chance to pull her into the water. It was only fair. |

Yah, Nightshade already knew that she knew about his little trick. It was pretty common. He still was going to do it. He pulled her inside with him. "And that's payback." He said while laughing at her.

Winter already knew about his little trick. And, Nightshade knew that she knew about his trick. Yeah. The trick was pretty common, but Winter was just being nice to let him do that. Even though she already knew about the trick, she acted like she had no idea he was going to do that. Winter gasped and tried to dunk Nightshade underwater. "You jerk!" she said. She didn't mean it, but that was part of the whole acting thing. |

Nightshade chuckled a little. He could tell that she was acting, but oh well. "Now you know how I feel." He said still laughing a little. He got out of the water and looked at her waiting for her to come out.

Winter got out of the stream and shivered many times, for she was very cold. She wished she could strip, but Nightshade was with her... She didn't want him to get the wrong idea if she started stripping. It was the best thing to do if you're soaking wet and freezing cold. Winter growled and sat down beside the stream, gazing into the water. "Nightshade, what if I told you that I had feelings for you...? Would you reject me?" Was she actually going to tell him how she felt? "I mean, it's not like I have feelings for you or anything like that, but I'm just curious. It's like I'm asking you what you would say to your best friend if she had feelings for you." Nope. Apparently today isn't the day she's going to tell Nightshade about her feelings. Typical Winter... She sighed, for she was very ashamed of herself for being such a coward. No! This is a training session. I can't waste my time asking him silly questions. Winter rose up to her feet and began to walk away. "Let's be on our way to the last clan we're going to visit for today." |

Nightshade took off his jacket that he never even bothered to take off in the first place. Stupid. He wondered if Winter thought he was stripping off his clothes. No. Well maybe his shirt. Wasn't it kinda normal for guys to take off their shirts or no? Oh well, he didn't care. It was just Winter. He began but then suddenly stopped and looked at her. "Do you mind? He asked her. He than thought about her question for awhile. I don't really know what would happen after she actually told me that. A small shrug came out of his mouth. He liked her, but as a friend. Like a very best friend, but he wasn't sure about love.

"No. Go ahead." she said without even looking at him to see what he meant. She kind of figured he was going to strip. It didn't bother her if he stripped naked as long as he stayed far away from her. Winter shook her head and tried to get the question out of her head, but it bothered her. Just face it, Winter! He'll never like you in THAT way. Ugh! I wish this feeling would just go away. She growled lowly and wanted to stop having that feeling that told her she liked Nightshade. She didn't want to like him in that way. Winter just wanted to get the training over with, so she wouldn't have to see him so much. Maybe once she's a warrior, she can sleep in the territory, so she won't have to sleep in the warriors den with him. It was perfect! The perfect plan to getting over Nightshade. These feelings may not even be real. It's just my mind playing tricks on me. Yeah, that must be it. |

Nightshade pressed his lips together, in an awkward way and then slipped his shirt off to show is sexy body. He squeezed out all the water that was in his shirt. He then just held it and began to walk towords the last boundary. He looked to see if she was following and then continued to walk. When they finally made it he observed the Featherclan border. "And you probably already figured out what this clan is." He said. It was weird how Featherclanners can survive on an open moor.

That was her chance to see his sexy body, but she wasn't that type of girl. Winter was already ready to go, so she just started following her mentor when he walked on to the Featherclan border. She nodded and said, "Featherclan. I heard that they don't have a deputy or a shaman. Do you think they will survive without a deputy and shaman?" No clan can survive without a deputy and especially without a shaman. A strange idea popped into Winter's mind, but then she thought about the consequences and refused to go with that idea. |

"Yeah, it's weird." Nightshade said to her. He observed the border awhile longer and then turned back to her. "Ok that's pretty much it, now you know the territory." He said. He then turned to the direction where camp was and started walking. He looked back to see if she was following.
