Lionspirit padded into the Apprentices cave, smiling lightly at the young ones in there. "Well hello my young cubs, I hope you are all faring well today." After greeting them all, she turned her attention to her apprentice. "Foxpaw, I know that I've been busy lately with patrols and preparing for winter, but I have some free time right now to train with you! Because this doesn't happen often, though," She paused and grinned at the younger girl. "you don't get a choice, and have to go train! So, get your rear in gear and let's head on out, dear one!"
The deputy pushed her wild mane of hair off of her shoulder and headed for the cave entrance, pausing once more. "I'm going to grab some prey before heading out there, so I'll meet you outside camp!" It was hard being the deputy, but not too hard to handle. She loved her job and her Clan, and she wouldn't give this up for all the prey in the world. Even after having been on a patrol from early in the morning to now, she still had more than enough energy to train her dear Foxpaw.
Once she was done with her inner monologue so everyone else could get to know her character some more, Lionspirit headed out, first to the fresh kill pile for breakfast and then to the Clan Territory.
