Darksoul had been pursuing a young deer. The moon was high in the night sky, many stars surrounded it. The dim light some how made it's way through the green nettles of the pines and rested upon the brown furred animal. Silently, Darksoul drew her bow off her body and slipped an arrow out of her deer skin holder. She placed the arrow on the bow and drew it back. Her form was perfect and strong. Her breath was steady and her icy blue eyes were locked. The deer was still not aware of her presence and the wind was all, but gone. Then, the silent night was broken by the sound of the deer crying out in pain as the arrow struck in behind it's front leg.
Darksoul quickly made her way to the ground floor and dashed over to it. She drew her knife from were it was strapped to her leg and found the deer was still alive and in pain. Taking the knife she drove it into it's heart and it's body fell limp. Darksoul drew the knife from the dead carcass and spun it around, the red scarlet liquid flight of the stone blade. Darksoul was about to remove the arrow when she heart the sound of footsteps in front of her. Her icy blue gaze shoot up and her got into a battle stance. She had not realized it, but she was very close to the Ashclan border. Darksould knew that if a border patrol found her she would most likely loss if the changed to fight her and in the end she would lose the prey.

Toxicshadow heard a faint cry of the dear, so she walked to it. She was close to the border so she knew it could end badly if it were another clan. She peaked around a tree as she listened to the very faint breathing. Her black hair was starting to come lose from her braid and small parts were falling in front of her face. She saw her but stayed on her side of the border, staying behind it. Her red eyes sadly gave her away though, that was something she couldn't help.
She stayed a few yards away from the border, tucking her hair back again. Her small dagger was her only weapon. She hadn't expected to be going this far, but her mind got away from her. She swallowed, a bit nervously taking a step back again.
