A cold winter breeze, so cold it gave the feeling of knifes stabbing at your bare skin, ruffed the old and ancient pines that rested in FrostClan territory. Resting on a pine was a young women. Her eyes were closed so no one could see her icy blue gaze that was lonely and distant. Her fair pale skin glowed as the sun slipped through the nettle covered branches. Her skin was soft, despite the toughness of the land, and her expression was calm and peaceful, even thought the land was dark and uneasy. Long raven feathered colored hair, soft like silk and glossy like moonlight, blew with the wind. It was graceful and free the vines of a willow tree. It natural fell past the women's hips, but it was normally up in a ponytail so no one had really seen it's true length.
Darksoul had been running through the trees before the sun could even began to glow over the distances. She liked the feeling of running through the pines. It was free and seemed like every step was meant to lead her somewhere. Many of the females days were filled with the pines. They seemed to be her only shelter from her shunning life within the Clan. She had a voice, a rich, warm and sweet one that seemed to be made of honey, but it was dim and no one ever seemed to hear it. It remained stuck in her head and never seemed to make it to soft pale pink lips. Darksoul was very shy around every human she meet, but the trees and animals were another story. She could speak to them all day if given the chance. Darksoul longed to have a human friend, but her hopes were slowly fading into darkness, no longer bright like the sun that was begging it's joining to the top of the sky.
